When I discovered a car I liked on auto trader I had a look at the google reviews and was shocked the lowest review these guys had was a four star.
Now having successfully done business with them I’m amazed Someone felt it wasn’t 5 star service.
Start to finish Adam was nothing but professional and helpful. He went out of his was to accommodate the exact deal I was after. He even took the car into the local main dealer to have a few things I’d requested done, All in the price and all within 4 days of me picking up the phone initially.
From start to finish this was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I’ve ever had buying a car.
I spotted it on auto trader and did abit of research. I then called the dealer and got through to a very polite, helpful and informative lady called Nicola, who later turned out to be a saint doing all she could to provide invoices I needed for one thing and another. I’d asked her about the service history and if it was possible to get a video of the car sent over as I was travelling some distance.
She filled me in on all I needed to know about the car and said that once the boys (Adam and Rob) were back in the office one of them would give me a call.
Sure enough an hour or so later I got the video through from Adam and it was detailed and thorough as soon as I’d watched it I called to put a deal together.
Adam did all he could and we got a deal done.
I went to collect my car and it was lovely and clean in the showroom waiting for me all the things done that had been promised.
I was at the dealer a while whilst we sorted the paperwork out and had a good chat with both Nicola and Rob both lovey people and I can honestly say I would do business with these guys again and again.
Very genuine and honest people from start to finish.
